Workshop: Fighting Racist Violence / Hate Crime 2024

On Tuesday 20th of February 2024, the info session meeting took place at GFM`s offices, with our migrant communities-members of our union, regarding the combat against racist violence.
Representatives from the Hate Crime Unit of Hellenic Police, the RVRN - Racist Violence Recording Network and the organization HIAS Greece, took the floor and informed us about the legislation and the new ways of recording hate crime, hate speech, and racist violence in general.
Soon, a new guide will be printed regarding Reporting Racist Violence / Hate Crime, in 11 different languages.
The meeting is organized as part of the Greek Forum of Migrants` meetings with our migrant and refuggee communities members and is supported by the European Network Against Racism ENAR.
